How do I know if I need a roof repair or full roof replacement?
Our team evaluates your roof’s age, condition, shingle integrity, underlayment condition, ventilation, and storm damage indicators to determine whether a repair or full replacement is the safest and most cost-effective option.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are completed in 1–2 days, depending on size, complexity, and weather.
Do I have to pay for my roof up front, prior to it being replaced?
No. Skymark Roofing only requires a down payment percentage of 25% and the remaining balance is collected once the roof is completed and has passed final inspection. We also offer a variety of financing options.
Do you offer any discounts?

We take extensive precautions including tarping, protection boards, magnets for nails, and end-of-day cleanup.
How messy is a roof replacement?
Roofing is inherently noisy and involves tear-off debris. However, we maintain a strict cleanup process and minimize disruptions to the home or business.

Can Skymark Roofing help me with my insurance claim?
Yes. While we do not act as public adjusters, we help homeowners navigate the roofing portion of the claim by documenting damage, providing the insurer-required estimate, and communicating directly with the carrier when appropriate.
What is a "Date of Loss" (DOL) and how do I determine it?
A DOL is the date a storm event impacted your home. Our team uses verified meteorological data, storm benchmark reports, and property inspections to help identify a reasonable DOL.
What if the insurance company's estimate is lower than Skymark's estimate?
This is common. Our supplementing team works with adjusters to include all code-required items, accurate measurements, and proper materials until the claim reflects what is needed to restore the roof back to pre-loss condition.
What is "recoverable depreciation"?
It’s the portion of your claim the insurance company holds back until the roof is completed per scope. Once the roof is finished, you receive that amount as a final payment.

Yes. We offer flexible financing options, including low-payment and zero-interest programs (subject to approval).
